Growing up in a household of dedicated flooring professionals, I began my career in Cincinnati during my teenage years, apprenticing under my stepfather at a major regional retailer. This early immersion provided a foundational master-class in the trade that has spanned more than three decades. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the industry by operating in all primary sectors: installation, sales, and retail ownership.
