* 17 years in Manufacturing as a Technical Service and Claims Analyst, Quality Control Process Specialist and Technical Service and Claims Manager overseeing three national flooring brands covering Engineered and Solid Hardwood, Luxury Vinyl/SPC's, Laminate and Modular Carpet Tile flooring products.
