CFI University offers online courses on general knowledge and flooring inspections for professionals in the flooring, insurance, home inspection, and construction industries.

These online courses are perfect inspection guides for flooring tech services, installers, claims analysts, claims managers, sales representatives, home inspectors, contractors, and insurance adjusters. You receive a technical certificate upon completion of each course. These online courses also offer certification updates for certified carpet and hard-surface flooring inspectors. Participants will receive an updated certificate upon completing a course.
