They both are certified carpet and hard surface flooring inspectors and their goal is to approach every inspection unbiased. They base their focus and conclusion on the factual information taken from the inspection site, and in many cases the forensic data that’s collected. Their conclusions are not based on opinions but rather on flooring manufacturer, industry and installation standards. History They have been involved with flooring since the early 1980’s owning businesses to care, maintain, clean, repair and restore all types of floors, countertops, rugs and furnishings. Being an IICRC Certified Firm, Master Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer, Textile Pro Certified, WoolSafe Approved Service Provider, and Certified Carpet and Hard Surface Flooring Inspector. Over the years they have worked with all types and styles of floors such as carpet, vinyl, LVP, LVT, VCT, solid and engineered wood, laminate, ceramic tile, Gerflor, and natural stone floors such as marble, terrazzo, travertine, as well as countertops like marble, granite and Corian. They are also certified and service natural fibers and fabric for oriental rugs and fine furniture such as wool, silk, cotton, along with leather. Being certified in water damage/structure drying provides them with advanced knowledge in checking moisture issues for all types of structure and flooring.
