CFI University offers online courses on general knowledge and flooring inspections, catering to a wide range of professionals in the flooring, insurance, home inspection, and construction industries.

These online courses are perfect inspection guides for flooring tech services, installers, claims analysts, claims managers, sales representatives, home inspectors, contractors, and insurance adjusters. A technical certificate is awarded upon completion of each course. These online courses also offer certification updates for certified carpet and hard-surface flooring inspectors. Participants will receive an updated certificate upon completing a course.

It is important to note that these online courses are not intended for inspector certification. To obtain a valid Inspector certification, completion of the full Inspector’s Training program is required.
